Participation of Pep Gatell as a speaker at the Round Table "Creativity: What makes us human", on October 6th, 2023, at the University of Barcelona (UB).

This event, promoted jointly with the Rectorate of the UB and the Institute of Neurosciences of the UB, proposes a reflection on what makes us human, such as creativity or the pleasure of food, from different perspectives, from the point of view of the scientist and the artist. In addition to Pep Gatell, President of the Foundation and Artistic Director of La Fura dels Baus, Idan Segev, from the Institute of Life Sciences, Dept. of Neurobiology Edmond and Carme Ruscalleda, chef, will participate in the debate.

The round table, moderated by journalist Aurora Anton, will last about an hour and a half, will be recorded and streamed. The activity is open to the public who have previously registered.
