Pep Gatell y Nadala Fernández entregan el Premio Especial Comer a Andoni Luis Aduriz

On 13 October, the Hotel Arts in Barcelona hosted the Comer 2025 Awards gala, organised by La Vanguardia, an event that brings together the leading figures in Spanish gastronomy. At this year's event, the prestigious chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, from the Mugaritz restaurant, was recognised with the Comer 2025 Special Award.

Aduriz was surprised that the award was presented to him by two friends and collaborators on numerous projects: Pep Gatell, president of the Épica Foundation, and Nadala Fernández, production director of the same institution. Pep Gatell and Nadala Fernández appeared on stage carrying a giant wooden egg, which contained the award for Aduriz.
