The Épica La Fura dels Baus Foundation was established on 09/20/2017, stating its registration in the Registry of Foundations of state competence by Resolution of 03/14/2018, with the registration number assigned to 2025. Likewise, the Épica Foundation is governed by Law 50/2002, of December 26, on Foundations, Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance and Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage. In order to expose in detail and precisely the work done and the resources used, Épica makes available all those documents that show the entity’s commitment to its statutory purposes.

The statutes include the rules that govern the Épica Foundation. It contains the basic rules for the application of resources to the fulfillment of the foundational purposes and for the determination of the beneficiaries, the composition of the Board of Trustees, the rules for the appointment and replacement of its members, the causes of their dismissal, their attributions and the way to deliberate and adopt agreements, among others.

Accounts and balances
The annual accounts are made up of the following documents: balance sheet, income statement and memory. Annually, the Fundación Épica Board of Trustees prepares, approves and submits its accounts to the protectorate for examination, verification and deposit.
