Pep Gatell, President of the Fundación Épica takes part in Creacultura Day organized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, Department of Culture, on Artistic Creation and scientific-technical research that will take place next Tuesday, October 3rd in the Aula 1 of the CCCB. It will be on-site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The conference aims to explore how art can influence science and whether artistic practices can be a source of information for scientific research. From three conversations and a round table, we will discuss the collaborations between these two worlds of artists and scientists in the fields of performing arts, visual arts and music and what these disciplines contribute to scientific knowledge.

One of the proposed dialogues is between Gatell and Dr. Lluís Fuentemilla, neuroscientist collaborator of the Foundation in different projects since 2018.

In addition to Pep Gatell, Antònia Folguera, Lúa Coderch, Pep Vidal, Lluís Nacenta, Júlia Múgic will be participating in the activity.

The event is free but prior registration is required.
